Races & Eligibility

Pack 467 runs 2 Pinewood Derby races:
  • Scout-only Race
  • Siblings Race
These races are run separately and their results do not impact each other. The rules in this section apply to ALL participants regardless of which race they are entered into. Rules specific to the Scout-only or Siblings races are clearly identified in the subsequent sections.

Scout-Only Race
This race is open only to Scouts registered with Pack 467.  Scouts may enter ONE car designed and BUILT AFTER last year’s Pinewood Derby Race. 
To be eligible for this race, Scouts must meet all of the following requirements:
  • Be a registered member of Pack 467,
  • Have paid their annual dues in full,
  • Be an active participant in designing and building the car they race.
  • Be present and wearing a Class A uniform on Race Day. 
Siblings Race
To be eligible for this race, racers must meet the following requirements:
  • Be a sibling to a scout registered with Pack 467
  • Be an active participant in designing and building the car they race.
